HumanDesignAI is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will help customers achieve their goals and drive success.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and a clear understanding of our products and services.
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct regular client meetings to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, and align our services to meet those requirements.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to maximize client retention and ensure their continued success.
  • Product Education: Provide clients with training and resources to optimize their use of our products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to find effective solutions.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on client performance, satisfaction, and areas of improvement to help inform company decisions.
  • Renewal Management: Work with clients to renew contracts and subscriptions, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or a related discipline).
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
