HumanDesignAI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Manager to foster a thriving and engaged community. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing exceptional user support, curating content, and driving community initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Create and maintain a welcoming and vibrant community where members feel valued, heard, and engaged.
  • User Support: Respond promptly and empathetically to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring exceptional user support.
  • Content Management: Develop and curate relevant content for community members, such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather valuable insights from the community to aid in product and service improvement and to advocate for their needs within the organization.
  • Events and Initiatives: Organize and host community events, webinars, workshops, and initiatives that encourage participation and learning.
  • Moderation: Monitor community discussions, ensure compliance with community guidelines, and address any inappropriate behavior.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement with company goals and strategies.
  • Advocacy: Identify and nurture community advocates and ambassadors to help amplify the HumanDesignAI brand.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze community data and feedback to measure engagement, sentiment, and growth, providing regular reports and insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Human Design system (Desirable)
  • Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for community engagement and a deep understanding of the importance of transparency, flexibility, and openness.
  • Familiarity with community management tools and platforms.
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
